Swing measurements (width between vertical planes at each point as motor is turned from lock to lock)

A = more than 32" (point of widest swing--approx 3.5" above engine bracket/transom top(Y))
B = 25.5"
C = 20"

A motor well of 34" in width will accomodate this motor within the swing allowed by the Teleflex unit specified in the plans.

Vertical measurements:
X + Y = about 17.5"



Note: The illustration is based on the Yamaha website photo of the Yamaha 25hp 4-stroke engine. It is the LONG SHAFT model! Measurements, however, are for the corresponding distances with the SHORT SHAFT model, as specified for handybilly. Updates to follow...
